“Little Beads of Diamonds” By: Lily Cork

The little beads of diamonds
Frolicking around
In the frosty snow
I leap along
The white kingdom
Of snow angels,
My nose is turning red

The little squares of lace
Prancing into the snowy sky,
The brilliant, luminous rays of light
Shine down onto
The pearly white surface

Like a little pale fairy
It dances and leaps,
Floating around my nose
My eyes widen in excitement
As the glittering butterflies
Lead me to the palace
Of the snow queen

She welcomes me with grace
And her captivating beauty
Lures me in
She lowers her throne
With utter perfection
Suddenly, I wake up
I look outside, and sigh
Snowfall.
